How to register

Signing up for Redbird Adventure Camp is simple. Follow these steps to ensure your child is ready for a summer of fun, learning, and outdoor exploration!

 Fill out the form

Provide basic information about your child, including their name, age, gender, and any allergies. We also require parent/guardian details and emergency contact information.

 Sign the waiver

A waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for each child attending camp. This is a crucial step to ensure your child's participation.

 Select camp weeks

Choose from our list of available weeks when your camper will be attending. Our sessions run Monday through Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 3:45 PM, with transportation provided.

Be aware of our registration deadlines and payment details to ensure your child's spot is secured and to take advantage of any early bird discounts.

Deadlines and discounts

The sign-up deadline for Redbird Adventure Camp is May 1st. Late sign-ups may be requested if space is available, but will incur a $50 late fee. Register by February 28th to receive a $25 discount on your camp fee!

Payment information

A $200 non-refundable down payment is required to secure your child's spot. If your camper is unable to attend, we will provide an at-home camp kit so your investment is not lost. An additional $200 payment is due before camp starts, totaling $400. You will be notified with all payment details upon registration.

What happens after registration?

Once you've completed the registration process, here's what you can expect:

Personal confirmation email

You will receive a personal confirmation email once your camper has been accepted. This email will include any additional important information you need to know.

Text group chat invitation

Closer to the camp date, you will be added to a text group chat with other parents whose children are attending camp that same week. This will be a convenient way to share updates and communicate.
